Supacat and DEW Engineering propose Next Generation Fighting Vehicle

11-05-2020

In July 2019, the Canadian Department of National Defence announced that it will replace the Canadians Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicles with 55-75 new special operational vehicles which can be deployed globally.

In-partnership both Supacat and Dew Engineering will offer the High Mobility Transport (HMT) Mk2 Extenda Vehicle as the Next Generation Fighting Vehicle, to CANSOFCOM.

As with all previous variants of the HMT, the recently upgraded HMT Extenda Mk2 can be easily converted from a 4×4 to a 6×6 with the modular, self-contained third axle.

More than 1,000 HMT’s have been manufactured and deployed throughout the world.
