Women in Engineering provides a valuable platform to recognise and promote diversity in our industry. It’s essential for our industry to mirror the communities we serve, and we must strive to attract more women to the engineering sector. Studies demonstrate that a diverse workforce fosters creativity, innovation, and better decision-making. At Supacat, we take pride in our solid female workforce, with several women contributing to our Engineering department.
