LIOS ensures engagement with suppliers operating independently or in consortia (including SMEs), particularly from other sectors where relevant capability and experience could introduce innovation in the development of support models.
The company has provided much of the LIOS services required to effectively manage a vehicle fleet, for both UK and overseas customers and has the network available to partner to ensure all services are provided within one contract, inclusive of:

- Digital Twin supports predictive maintenance, which in-turn enhance preventative maintenance, aiming to keep the platform operational.
- Mixed Reality reduces the need to deploy Field Support Teams deducing vehicle down time, travel and subsistence cost and most importantly aids in the protection of life, as allows operators to get the problem resolved fast!
- Time: Direct access between customer and OEM LIOS results in an efficient partnership.
